Located close to Kinross in the beautiful Perthshire countryside, Burleigh Castle dates from the 15th and the 16th Century. The castle is overseen by Historic Scotland that is now responsible for the upkeep of the site. The main remaining part of the castle is the western façade, where visitors can get a very good idea of how the whole castle would have looked many hundreds of years ago.
