This gallery is dedicated to the life and work of Scottish colourist J.D. Fergusson who lived during the Victorian age. He worked primarily in paints, using watercolours, oils and drawing, although he also worked in sculpture. The gallery carries the finest collection of his work anywhere, and has a small research facility attached where visitors can learn more about the life of the man and his family.
