St. Andrews Preservation Trust Museum is a small independent museum situated in a beautiful 17th Century house in the Fisher Quarter at the heart of the old town in St. Andrews. The museum contains a wealth of fascinating objects and documents that relate to the history of the town. The ground floor is home to the permanent collection that features amongst other things an old St. Andrews street scene, a chemist shop reconstruction and a dentist’s surgery.
