These are remains of Scotland\'s largest cathedral, established in 1160. The Cathedral was consecrated in the presence of Robert the Bruce in 1318 and was a place of pilgrimage during the Medieval Ages. Visitors will enjoy the dramatic setting of the ruins and the sense of history. The view from the top of St Rules Tower, part of first Augustinian church, is breathtaking, and the museum houses an outstanding collection of Early Christian and medieval monuments and other relics found on the site.
