Over 20 acres of garden surrounding a Neo-Classical house on the banks of the River Severn. Manicured lawns, island beds, borders and fountains alongside less formal areas of lakeside and woodland walks. A water garden, particularly exotic in May/June and a walled garden planted around clematis and akebia arches. Vast rock garden built over a spooky grotto and a large walled garden ingeniously divided into different "rooms". Noted for collection of unusual trees. The gardens have a tea room and plants for sale.
