This area of Wales has enjoyed a long and rich heritage that is directly connected to the textile industry. Throughout the centuries, many of the local people have been employed in the industry, and therefore the social and industrial stories are intrinsically linked. Housed in a fine 19th Century weaving shop, this museum brings to life the way that the industry has risen, changed and declined.
