St Michael’s church stands on Aberystwyth seafront next to the Old College and the castle ruins and, as such, forms part of the historic landscape of this university town. The current structure is a solid, unostentatious Victorian building which houses a bookshop that will satisfy those interested in Aberystwyth or the church itself. Adjoining the church is an open, green space with picnic benches, a rose garden and a children’s play area with views of the sea.
