On the Channel Island of Jersey is the port of St Aubin and I can highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay for a short break. There is a good choice of hotels in the area and plenty to see and do. You can relax on the beautiful, clean beach or enjoy water sports like windsurfing or water skiing. Tourists love the banana boat rides!
