Holy Trinity Church in Holme was built in 1839 to support the growing local population along this part of the Lancaster canal. As a church built at the beginning of the Victorian era it is quite typical of Gothic Revival architecture with lancets and a western tower. The church’s stained glass windows are by a range of different artists and are from an assortment of different times since the time of the building’s construction. The church was restored in 1902.
