The walk out to Latrigg will give you some of the best views in the whole of best views England. There are two ways you can tackle the walk. You can start at what used to be Keswick station and walk part of the way on the trackbed of the abandoned railway or you can cheat a little and drive to a car park high on the mountain which leaves you with a ten minute walk to the summit. From the top you can enjoy great views over Derwentwater towards Borrowdale.
