A garden of interest to plants-men and families, rockeries, herbaceous borders and mature trees. The garden has a large collection Alpine and Himalayan plants including Meconopsis, Arisaema and other rarities. Picnic area by the pond. Plants and second-hand garden tools for sale. The garden is located 5 miles east of Penrith on the A66 (Junction 40 of the M6). Open 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am - 12 noon. Take the B6412 at western end of the Temple Sowerby Bypass.
