This beautiful Georgian townhouse is located within the charming town of Cockermouth in Cumbria, and is noted as the birthplace of William Wordsworth in 1770. Visitors are invited to see how the young poet lived, as costumed actors guide you through the house and wonderful gardens. There is a small discovery room within the house where young and old can learn more about the works of the poet.
