This is the only amber museum in Britain, receiving over 70,000 visitors a year. Exhibits include artifacts, carvings, jewellery and objets d’art, both antique and modern, as well as large pieces of Amber found on the English coast. The heaviest weighs in at 2.2 kg. The Amber shop is the oldest and biggest Amber specialist in Britain and sells a massive range of jewellery, carvings and objets d'art and even Amber pieces with an insect trapped inside.
