Map
The Bishop’s Stortford Museum was opened to the public in 2002 and is an amalgamation of several other historical societies that already existed in the market town. It aims to tell the story of the town to people who visit and to protect the rich heritage of the area. The most famous son of the town is colonial Cecil Rhodes, who is well represented in the museum.
