This interesting structure is a rare example of a complete refectory of an Augustinian priory. Owned by English Heritage, the property has been renovated to return much of the interior and exterior to its original 14th Century glory. Architectural features of note include the fine timbered roof and a selection of wall paintings that are believed to date back to the inception of the priory in the community.
