There is no better way to see Cambridge than by the historic mode of transport of punting. In fact many of the best views of the colleges are only obtainable from the river. The chauffeur punts were established in 1993 and offer guided tours along the river in one of the companies 24 crafts. A standard return tour will take a group from one end of the ‘backs’ to the other past some of the cities most breathtaking sights. The company also offer special evening and lunchtime tours where meals are served onboard, and are available for special charters for special occasions.
