Hertfordshire’s sole-surviving post mill is situated at TL 304 287 on the B1037. It has been restored to working order by the Hertfordshire Building Preservation Trust. The mill houses displays about the restoration of the mill, Hertfordshire’s lost windmills and a short video display with disabled access. Open Sundays, Bank Holiday Mondays and second & forth Saturdays from the second Sunday in May until Mid-September.
