Ellingham Mill can be found at the most inland tidal part of the river Waveney just off the A143 between Bungay and Beccles. The mill is now a private house and was built with a pantiled roof and white weatherboard over a brick base structure. It is one of only two watermills on the river Waveney and over the years has changed dramatically as it expanded. Both road and wherry were once used to transport grain and flour from the once thriving mill.
