Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is a three-mile stretch of unspoilt beach and wetland, and has been designed specifically to encourage the ongoing breeding of many species of wildlife that enjoy these conditions. Around the site there are a number of hides from which birds can be spotted and also information boards that suggest where dragonflies or toads can be found. There is plenty of parking, though disabled access is variable and limited. There is a visitor centre that provides information leaflets and toilets.
