Generally the college is known simply as Caius (pronounced ‘keys’) and is one of the world’s foremost academic institutions. Founded in 1348, the college is the fourth oldest surviving Cambridge College. The architecture and design of the college make it one of the more attractive to the eye. The prestigious college has produced some of the world’s great minds including several Nobel Prize winners, politicians, scientists and historians.
