Map
Located at the heart of historic Aylesbury, the King’s Head is one of the oldest coaching inns in the land and has strong associations with Oliver Cromwell and the English Civil War. The National Trust purchased the property in 1925 in order to preserve its beauty, heritage and history. Within, visitors will find rare 15th Century stained glass and heraldry, a second hand bookshop, and a lively bar that still operates to this day.
