Latest Maldon Review

All boat lovers eventually visit Maldon with its lovely river fresh air and wonderful scenery, who could possibly blame them. Don’t for a minute believe this place is just one for salty old sea dogs, like me, there’s lots of things for everyone to enjoy nearby including the Promenade Park and Burham-on-Crouch country park. If you do visit I totally recommend you try some of the locally caught fish, it’s absolutely lovely.

If like me, you never really feel right unless you're close to the sea or by a river or lake then Maldon is the place for you. I found the best place sitting in a rowing boat in midstream looking up at clear blue skies and a stunning vista of water, sky and beautiful boats. There's loads of places and ways you can get afloat in Maldon. I just loved it.
