Housed in an old stable block on the site of an ancient mansion, Mark Hall, this museum looks at the history of the large town of Harlow. On display are a great many artefacts that have been collected from a long time before the new town was developed in the late 1940s. There is also an extensive series of exhibits that tell the story of the development and rapid growth of this town in the mid 20th Century.
