Newmarket essentially has two flat racing racecourses, the July course and the Rowley Mile. The July course is situated alongside the National Stud on the approach to the town and is home to all of Newmarket’s summer race meetings from mid June to the end of August. The Rowley Mile course is located on the edge of the town and is easily identified by the magnificent Millennium Grandstand that dominates the skyline as you approach the course. Both courses also host a number of concerts and events.
