Now the home of Ipswich Town Football Club, this site was first used to play football in 1884. In 1890, when it was still surrounded by countryside, it was one of the first pitches to use goal nets. Since then, millions have been spent on turning it into one of the best sporting facilities in East Anglia. Regular stadium tours take in the dressing rooms, boot rooms, players' tunnel, the pitch and a bird's eye view of it all from the Directors' Box.
