This modern arts complex is named after the town’s most famous son, Cecil Rhodes the famous colonialist. It houses the town museum, a café, bar, stage and auditorium, spring floored studio and conference facilities. The space is used for a great deal of community arts shows, amateur theatre productions and festivals. Local businessmen and socities often use the facilities for meetings and conferences. Many of the parts of the building are available for private hire, although most days there is a public access event taking place somewhere in the complex.
