The Roman Road Walk is an interesting well-marked pathway that follows the route of an old Roman road through the middle of Hildesrham and around some of the surrounding villages. The road follows a small stream in laces and crosses wonderful English meadows that contain grazing cows and sheep. The idyllic walk takes you through wooded copses and up and down hills giving you some of the finest views available in the area. It is a must for any rambler or walking enthusiast.
