Row 111 House is one of the few Row houses to have survived 1930s slum clearance and World War II bombing. It is now owned by English Heritage, and they have preserved the living conditions of the last occupants. In the late 1930s, three families lived here, the house having been split into three dwellings. Inside is a treasure trove of fixtures, fittings and furniture rescued from other now destroyed Row houses, including fireplaces, painted panels, doors and wall anchors.
