St. Lawrence’s Church in Foxton is an unusual shape for a parish church of this type, high and wide around the tower and slim and low at the other end. The church appears to be an amalgam of many parts constructed over a long period of time. Some parts are from the 10th Century whereas the majority of the modern church appears to have been constructed in Tudor times. The church is home to a friendly congregation of Christians.
