St. Margaret’s is a fine church, standing proudly on the edge of the village of Newton in rural Cambridgeshire. The church is set amongst a copse of tree close to Newton Hall and is a wonderful setting for a relaxing stroll or to sit and contemplate your thoughts. The church itself has a long and rich history and is particularly noted for the fine detail on the interior fittings, some of which are many hundreds of years old. The church is home to a small and friendly congregation.
