This outstanding village church is one of the finest examples of its type in the region. As a sign of the affluence of the village, the people constructed a fine church many centuries ago. Largely the structure as remained unchanged, although there have been some exterior alterations and additions. Internally the church is just as impressive with great stained glass windows and ornate woodwork around the roof. The building is home to a friendly and lively Christian community.
