This is one of the only museums in the country dedicated to the history of the telephone, both as a domestic appliance and mass communications device that has changed the face of the world forever. There is an extensive collection of handsets from through the ages on display, as well as switchboards, exchanges and archives of photographs. The collection is home to many working devices that visitors are invited to try.
