The Fens are one of the more unique parts of land in the country and have been a fascinating part of the East Anglian psyche since people have lived here. Much of the marshy flat area has been reclaimed from the sea, and offers a fertile and natural environment that attracts animals and birds to make their homes here. The museum looks into the history of the area and its people.
