The Gallery is owned and operated by the local authority and offers a first class art space in the centre of the community. It was established in order to provide a permanent place of cultural and artistic exchange for local people and visitors. The gallery hosts a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, on a solo and group basis. The exhibitions range in style and theme meaning there is always something interesting to see here.
