The war memorial in Farnham Royal stands at the crossroads between the old road that leads to the parish church and the major thoroughfare towards Beaconsfield. It has been so placed as to maximise the amount of people who see it whilst passing and recognise the great sacrifices that the people of the area made during the two World Wars of the 20th Century.
