The War Memorial in Rickmansworth is one of the centrepieces of the central area of this Hertfordshire town. The memorial was constructed originally to honour those people from the area who sacrificed so much in the defence of our way of life in the First World War and has been added to throughout the 20th Century, commemorating those fallen in the Second Word War as well.
