West Somerton Wind Farm is situated near to the village of West Somerton in North East Norfolk and known locally as Bloodhill wind farm. The farm consists of 10 horizontal-axis, three-bladed wind turbines each rated at 225 kW supplied by Vestas Wind Systems A/S. Total output from these being 2.25 MW, enough to power about 1400 homes. From the main coast road the wind farm can be accessed via Collis Lane which runs through the wind farm. There are 5 turbines either side of the road.
