This National Trust estate provides a perfectly preserved Rococo landscape garden that surrounds a neo-classical mansion. Regarded as one of England’s finest Italianate and theatrical houses, West Wycombe Manor was the 18th Century home of Sir Francis Dashwood, founder of the Hellfire Club. The house contains beautifully painted ceilings, furniture and sculptures collected from across the world. The landscaped gardens contain a selection of statues, grottoes and ornamental lakes, making for a fine place to explore.
