Whittlesey Museum is housed on the ground floor of the impressive 19th Century town hall at the heart of the community. Opened in 1976, the collection is wide ranging and contains many treasures collected over several hundred years. Of particular interest is the costume gallery, in which a range of period clothing is on display. Other highlights include reconstructed static rooms settings such as the post office and the toyshop.
