This specialist photographic centre was opened in 1977 and is now recognised as one of Scotland’s leading centres for the researching, production and exhibition of contemporary art inspired by existing and emerging technologies. The facilities are comprised of two fully equipped digital labs and five purpose built darkrooms that are open to the public. The centre is designed to allow a space where artistic discussion can take place, and the best exhibits can be shown.
