Cumbernauld Museum tells the story of this town, its people, its politics and how the place has changed from the very earliest settlements to today. There are a great many artefacts on display that have been collected over a number of years and allow visitors to see with their own eyes the way things once were. There is a fine archaeological section on display featuring pieces that have been discovered locally.
