This grade II listed building’s eleven rooms contain a unique collection covering every aspect of life in Evesham and the Vale, from prehistory to World War II. Roman settlement, the Battle of Evesham, the Reformation, The English Civil War and the market gardening industry are all covered. Notable exhibits include Saxon burial artefacts, an impressive variety of Victorian costumes and a stirring handwritten eyewitness account of the dissolution of Evesham Abbey in 1540.
