The little village of Naunton has an unusually large Baptist chapel. At capacity, this tall and spacious building can seat up to 150 people. Other features include a Nicholson pipe organ and a fine iron gate to a shady terrace with a stone cross and wonderful views over the river valley nearby. Built in 1850, the chapel is also a listed building. Naunton Baptist Chapel shares ministry and leadership with the chapel in neighbouring Guiting Power.
