Batsford Arboretum has one of the largest private collections of shrubs and trees in Britain, including the national collection of Japanese Flowering Cherries. Sitting on an escarpment in the Cotswold Hills, its 55 acres of parkland, lawns and woodland also contain notable collections of Magnolias, Acers, Bamboos, Oaks and Pines as well as a collection of Chinese Statuary and a rest house. In autumn, the arboretum’s deciduous trees put on a spectacular show.
