This magnificent structure is one of the architectural gems of the city of Leicester. Built between 1709 and 1713 by the eminent architect and designer Edmond Cradock, the hall was for many years in the hand of the Vanns family, local landowners and industrialists. In the modern age, the hall has been converted into a museum that exhibits many of the finer things about life in the olden days in Leicester.
