Birmingham’s St Philip’s cathedral is located in the centre of the city and is a beautiful 18th Century baroque building designed by Thomas Archer that became the city’s cathedral in 1905. The cathedral is famous for its wonderful stained glass windows designed by Sir Edward Burne-Jones. Its churchyard has just been restored and the cathedral itself is a Grade I listed building. The cathedral also has a choir that performs regularly in both the UK and abroad.
