When I took the time to look closely you can still see the Roman influences all around. From place names to road layouts Chesterfield still has the Roman touch but it is also a modern, vibrant and forward looking place. There's so much to do here with the theatre, marketplace, museums, art galleries and the famous crooked spire. Lovely town and I will be coming back again soon.
