Golf has been played on Cleeve HIll since 1891 and Cleeve Hill Golf Course is the latest to exploit its natural beauty, magnificent views and varied terrain. This 18-hole par-72 course has a philosophy of open access and it’s free from unnecessary barriers and obstructions. Course highlights include one of the longest firsts in the country, Roman works at the ninth and an Iron Age Fort at the 13th. The course is open all year and a clubhouse with a restaurant and a bar is also here.
