Croft Castle is a beautiful piece of architectural history that has a long and illustrious history. Sadly, the castle is not quite as it was once intended, but still it is clear to see that it is and was a magnificent feat of architecture. The castle would have once of been of a tremendous amount of importance in the local area and the community would have grown up around the building.
