At Dunkertons Cider Mill near Pembridge, you can learn all about the cider and perry-making process, from the varieties grown on site and bought in from local farmers, to the milling and pressing procedures. Take an orchard walk then view the huge fermentation tanks along with ‘Adam and Eve’, the two oak blending vats! All the cider and perry made here is organic and free tastings are offered in the Cider Mill shop. The mill is open all year round and there is no admission charge.
